I don’t usually shop online—mainly because you can't physically check the product, and scams are way too common. Even when it's not a scam, dealing with returns or refunds is often a massive hassle.
But recently, I ordered a pair of Adidas Sambas from Ohpair since I couldn’t find my size anywhere else. I placed the order on March 12, not expecting a quick delivery since I’m based in Lahore and Ohpair operates from Karachi. They told me it would take 4 to 5 working days, but to my surprise, the package arrived on March 15—super fast!
The shoes were exactly as shown on the website and the quality was great. Unfortunately, I had accidentally ordered a size too small. I reached out to Ohpair for an exchange, but my required size was out of stock. They promptly offered me two options: exchange the article or get a refund. I opted for the refund and returned the shoes.
Now, their refund policy states it takes 12 working days after they receive the item. Since this would mean getting the refund after Eid due to holidays, I requested if they could process it sooner—and they kindly did.
Although I didn’t end up keeping the shoes, the whole process was smooth, professional, and refreshingly honest. At no point did I feel misled or ignored—qualities that are rare in today’s online marketplace.
Even though I didn’t buy anything in the end, Ohpair has earned my trust. It’s now my go-to website for shoes.
