- The product must be unused, and must be in the original packaging.
- Return only valid in case if you received defected/faulty product, but “Change of Mind” can’t be return and if we do refund on “Change of Mind” then 10% amount will be detected from the shoe price.
- You can ask for return claim within 07 working days.
- The procedure of return is very simple, send us back the product via traceable delivery i.e. courier (Pakistan Post, M&P, Leopard, or TCS, etc.) at your own expense to our address.
- You can also visit our outlet for return/exchange/refund.
PRODUCT SIZE REPLACEMENT:
- All products on our website are in EURO sizes, we have attached “SIZE CHART” with each product’s details page, please check size before placing an order or asking for size replacement.
- In size replacement 200/- delivery charges will be applied.
- If you have received a faulty/defected product then NO charges will be applied.
- The size replacement will be processed in 07 working days.
- For size replacement, the customer needs to return the product via traceable delivery i.e. courier (Pakistan Post, M&P, Leopard, or TCS, etc.) on his own expense to our address. After receiving the product we will send you back your required size.
RETURN / REFUND:
- Please note that the product must be Unworn and Unused.
- Return amount will be processed in 10 working days.
- The procedure of return is very simple, send us back that product to our address via traceable delivery i.e. courier (Pakistan Post, M&P, Leopard, or TCS, etc.) after receiving the product our customer service department will contact you for your Bank Account details or Easy Paisa / Jazz Cash details.
- Return & Exchange is not valid on Sale/Discounted Products.
