1. Eligibility Period

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
  • All tags, accessories, and documentation must be intact.

2. Type of Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for size, color, or model, based on availability.
  • Items cannot be exchanged if they are used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

3. Exchange Shipping Charges

  • A flat fee of ₨ 200 applies for domestic size-exchange shipments.
  • This fee covers the delivery of the replacement item.
  • If the exchange is due to a defect or incorrect item, no exchange shipping fee will be charged.

4. Return Shipping for Exchange

  • Customers must send the product back using a traceable courier service (TCS, M&P, Leopard, Pakistan Post, etc.).
  • Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Processing Time

  • After we receive the returned item, it undergoes an inspection.
  • Once approved, the replacement item will be dispatched within 7 working days, depending on stock availability.

6. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Used, worn, washed, or altered items.
  • Items missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.
  • Final-sale or clearance items (if marked as such).

7. How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact our Customer Support within 7-10 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and details of the item you want to exchange.
  3. Specify the preferred size, color, or model.
  4. Ship the product back once your request is approved.
  5. After inspection, the replacement will be sent.

8. Customer Responsibility

  • Ensure the return package is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
  • Use a courier that provides a tracking number—failure to do so may delay or void the exchange.

9. Availability & Stock

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.
  • If the desired replacement is unavailable, we may offer:
    • Store credit
    • A refund
    • An alternative product option
