At OhPairPK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the policy below to understand how refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled.


1. Overview

  • Items must be in unused, unworn condition and returned with original packaging.
  • Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded unless defective.

2. Return / Refund Eligibility

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • The condition must match the state in which it was delivered.
  • Products that are worn, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos or a clear description of the issue.
  • If approved after inspection, you may choose:
    • Full refund
    • Exchange for the same item (subject to stock)
    • Store credit

4. Change-of-Mind Returns

  • Eligible within 7 days of delivery.
  • A 10% handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Exchange / Size Replacement

  • Exchanges are processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned item.
  • A flat fee of ₨ 200 applies for size-exchange deliveries.
  • Items must be returned via a traceable courier (TCS, M&P, Leopard, Pakistan Post, etc.).
  • If the product is faulty, no delivery or handling charges will apply.

6. Return Shipping

  • For change-of-mind returns, customers bear the shipping cost.
  • For defective or incorrect items, return shipping may be covered or reimbursed after inspection.

7. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 10 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Refunds may be sent through:
    • Bank transfer
    • EasyPaisa
    • JazzCash
  • We will contact you to confirm your refund method and details.

8. Return Procedure

  1. Contact our customer support team to file a return or exchange request.
  2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship it back via a traceable courier service.
  4. Our team will inspect the product upon receipt.
  5. If approved, a refund, credit, or replacement will be issued.
