Sent the shoes back to get the size changed and they sent the new pair back through TCS. Excellent customer services.
I bought a pair of shoes as shown in the picture. I’m satisfied with the overall quality of the product and may consider buying another pair of a different shoe from the same website
I trusted the brand’s website and expected better quality, but these shoes turned out to be a major letdown. After just three wears, the sides started coming apart. Now, after only 5–6 uses, they already look worn out and damaged (photo attached). For the price, the durability is shockingly poor. Definitely not worth the investment.
